We are a cash-only medical office. MD BY THE SEA does not take or file for insurance reimbursement. Payment is expected at the time of service. You may pay with a credit card, debit card, or some HSA cards. There is a 3% credit card service fee that will be added to all credit card purchases. To avoid the 3% fee, you can pay with Zelle, Cash App, or Venmo. Contact our office with questions.

Our office hours are 9-5 Monday through Friday. We do offer evening and weekend appointments upon request.

MD by the Sea is 100% telemedicine. We do virtual visits by phone and video only.

We do not see patients in the office.

MD BY THE SEA (or Jami Feltner, MD) is not available during evening or weekend hours when the office is closed. In the event of an emergency or urgent medical issue, you need to call 911, go to the emergency department, or urgent care.

We invite all patients to sign up for our patient portal. The portal will provide you access to your treatment plans, and billing, and will provide you the ability to easily request appointments and reach out via the messaging feature! This will be where you will be able to upload the HIPAA secure Video Link prior to your virtual visit.

You can call, text, or email the office with any questions. You can also use the HIPAA compliant patient portal. Responses can take up to 24-48 hours to respond during business hours.

We currently treat patients in AK, DE, DC, GA, FL, HI, IA, ME, MA, MT, NH, NC, ND, OH, OK, RI, SC, SD, and WY. Other states coming soon!
