Cost

  • All Virtual Visits (phone or video) with Dr. Jami Feltner are $50 for 15 minutes.
  • If medications are warranted (per the physician’s discretion), the medications will be sent electronically to your preferred pharmacy.

Process

  • Contact us by phone or email.
  • We will send you the appropriate forms/consent to fill out and sign.
  • Once complete and returned, our office will contact you to schedule an appointment as quickly as possible.
  • The signed forms, consents, and payment will be saved for quicker future visits.

    • We Do Not Treat

  • Emergency situations such as: broken bones, acute bleeding, chest pain, acute abdominal pain, heart attack, suicidal thinking)
  • Any person under 18 years of age
  • Urinary complaints in males
  • Severe cases of high blood pressure or Diabetes
  • Sexually transmitted diseases (STDs)
  • HIV (PrEP)
  • Erectile dysfunction or any ED medications
  • Symptomatic heart disease (heart failure, cardiac arrhythmias, and end organ disease)
  • Psychiatric conditions requiring intensive management (bipolar disorder, schizophrenia)
  • ADHD
  • FMLA/or any requests to complete paperwork
  • No imaging or referrals for specialists

    • Medications We Can Not Prescribe:

  • Muscle relaxers
  • DEA-controlled medications (including ADHD meds or benzodiazepines)
  • Erectile dysfunction medications
  • Sleep medications
  • Medical marijuana
  • Some seizure medications (gabapentin, etc.)
  • Anti-virals for COVID treatment (Paxlovid or Molnupiravir)
